Even though the washing machine was damaged upon delivery. I was given 2 choice of exchanging or 10% discount as compensation. The delivery drivers dropped it off and took photos of it, i did like wise. Spoke with online support team predominately Emma which came up with a quick resolution of exchanging the item within a few hours of the known issue. Lovely people and staff, but it's very hard to understand where to go and pick up your packages. I was walking around for quite some time but got there in the end.
Drivers arrived on time and were very professional in the way they unloaded and set up the appliances
