They were prompt, courteous and did a great job. They took the time to explain the work they were doing and were very patient with my questions.

It's funny I met **** at a physical therapy session, and he came out and did some work for me, and I had a wet basement for 30 years in my house, any fixed it and I didn't have to jack the house up I didn't have to dig a new foundation I didn't have to do any of that he came out here he rerouted the water on my property and my basement hasn't flooded since. He did it at a reasonable price he did excellent work, and I would recommend him to anyone anytime.

II forgot that we met at physical therapy. A cool memory for sure! Although diverting water on the exterior doesn't always end regular water entry, you had a detailed, well attended concept of what had been going on inside and out. That really helped peg down the most likely path to take on the exterior. Good to hear all is well.

**** showed up at my door for what I considered an emergency (although I do tend toward the dramatic) but he assisted with my sump pump problem. His team completed a yard drainage project to my satisfaction in Dec. 21. I am placing my name on his project list for an overhaul of my basement sump pipe drainage this spring.
