Very personable fast service. Would recommend this HVAC company to anyone.
I had a whining noise coming from my system. Since I had changed the filter in July it wasn't time for a new one. But my floors were being replaced and I had the whole house fan on. We checked the filter and it was full. Since they weren't done we cleaned it and reinstalled it. The noise quit and I'll keep it cleaned until they're done then put a new filter in. Thanks for the suggestion I saved a hundred dollars.
Updated with recent experience: [Technician] Xavier and Tsai came as promised and had the new unit installed and running in about 1.5 hours. No mess left. Both men were professional and very friendly. Very pleased with their service Excellent service. Was contacted the same day and appointment set for next day (today). Nate came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired. Super nice guy and very knowledgeable (I asked a bunch of questions). Highly recommend Nate and ES Heat and Air
Brian was very prompt and professional. And I appreciated the handshake before he left. He told me to call if I ever have any problems.
I'm going on 3 weeks now of no AC. I contacted them through my warranty and they came out the next day to evaluate the situation and ordered the part needed, it seemed like they were on top of it and they told me max a week and half for them to get the part and come back to install. It's been hot so I called after a week and half for an update, the person that answered said they were just waiting for the part, that they were gonna follow up in regards to the status and call me back with an update, they never called me back. ... read more
