Wow! Nathan was so very kind and professional. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. Nathan went above and beyond and helped me with my gate handle too. I am absolutely furious with the service I received. Sean (Shawn?) showed up, spent very little time actually assessing the problem, then informed me that the AC unit was "frozen solid" and there was nothing he could do. What is unbelievable is that we have lived here for years, dealt with this same issue multiple times, and not once has any technician ever told us that the unit needed to be turned off before a service appointment. First time I had to use my FAHW and ED Heat and Air received the work order.. the came out the next day of requesting service and looked at and fixed my unit.. the service tech was polite and professional..
My fan on my air conditioner stop working last night so I called my home warranty company First American Home Warranty and they set me up with ES Heat and Air for an appointment and stated it can take up to 48 hours for them to contact me. Well around 8:30am they called me and said someone would be out between 11-3 today to look at. The technician came before noon and diagnosed the problem which was a bad motor.
