Air went out on the hottest day of the year this year. We rent immediately let our landlord know he contacted this company who sent out a technician the next day. Xavier was extremely professional checked everything and replaced the capacitor took him about 15 minutes but he wasn’t done yet he listened to a further complaint about water leaking from a secondary drain inside the garage. Our warranty company sent out this provider a month ago and our AC is still NOT fixed. They have been out 3 separate times, also NO CALLED NO SHOWED on another visit. It works for a day then goes back out. Getting extremely frustrating considering I have an 8 month old baby in the house. They also rarely answer phone calls. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
Technician was professional and efficient. Communicated clearly what he was doing. 10/10 would use again
