Totally different experience with this company than the previous company that was sent out by my home warranty. Nathan took his time to explain everything about my system, the good and the bad, and thoroughly examined all the wires and system before making a diagnosis. Both Nathan and his assistant were professionally dressed and knowledgeable about their work. They were VERY respectful, and cleaned up after themselves, unlike the previous company. Not reliable work, brought us not even one honest solution, with out even fixing the problem, and wanna charge us over again, when the work they didn't even fix anything, and we're still here with the same problem and out of the money they charged us, they need to send a guy out right away to do what we paid for, we didn't pay to still be sitting in the cold, very wrong
