Clean and very nice people's
Had an appointment, trainer wasn't even there. Front desk told me to sit and wait for someone to free up, waited 30 minutes and later find out someone was free the whole time. I sent an email to the general manager listed in the app, never received a response.
Very disappointing experience with EōS Fitness in Corona. I originally came in asking for a short term membership because I was only going to be in the U.S. for less than a month. An employee named Dillon convinced me to sign up for a membership after I clearly explained that I did not want any long-term commitment. I asked him multiple times about cancellation, and he assured me that I could cancel immediately on the day I left. My girlfriend was visiting from out of country and wanted to try out the gym. Dillon convinced her to get a membership, assuring her it could be canceled immediately at any moment whenever she decided to go out of town. She was hesitant, not wanting to get charged any annual fees or anything if she might only be here a couple weeks.
