Nastiest dam gym I ever been too dirty as hell I can’t even describe how foul the locker rooms and sauna are
This place is awesome, great value and has everything I need. I go in the mornings with the 5-6am crowd, dont let the crowd discourage you, everyone is very respectful and there is plenty of equipment and space to do whatever the days objective is. Friendly staff too always say hi and bye at the front and even see them helping people with their workouts etc. Its my favorite part of the day for sure going to EOS
