I was actually really excited to try this place out given the stellar reviews, but in hindsight I'm really glad I went and saw for myself. For me, it doesn't live up to the hype. I went in at around 5:20am on a Wednesday and showed the employee at the desk my trial pass (as instructed online), and she politely informed me that technically only a member of the sales team can actually activate the pass, and they don't show up till around 9am. You also can't activate the pass over the phone or online; it must be done in person.... read more
Chantelle made me able the stretch team was spectacular and had me able to breathe and move in one session anyone can benefit from the stretch team. Thank you Chantelle your amazing at your career
Staff is friendly, I like how they welcome and say goodbye unlike other gyms. Here they actually engage in conversations. Alex at the front desk was very kind and even gave me fitness advice. I love the yard area and how the gym is open 24hrs!
