The gym is fine but their app id ABSOLUTE TRASH when it comes to booking a class. They gatekeep the address like it’s a damn secret. I’m new to the area and I booked a class, when I hit “directions” it sent me to a gym near my house that wasn’t even an EOS. And once I trashed the email reminder, the “directions” option went away. That’s a shame. Get it together EOS, stop making working out even harder than it already is.

Basically kicked us out for not getting training. Rude staff
Went in to sign up for my 3rd year which is usually pretty fast and easy. Not this time! The guy putting in my info kept stalling. He said I had to talk to his manager first so he can approve everything. That was not the case at all. His manager Kai came out but not to approve my membership he wanted to seller me on a personal trainer.
