Big kudos to the staff at this location, always super friendly when I come in. I was pleasantly surprised this morning when I came in and one the staff members Alexander opened the door for me and welcomed me back he even remembered my name. Always clean and great atmosphere. Would love some more parking though!
I reported being assaulted at this EOS location (a male member kissed me on the side of the head without my consent). I filed an incident report with management, but the situation was handled with delays, excuses, and no urgency. For days I was told managers would follow up, only to be ignored or given the runaround. It took almost a week and multiple calls before I learned the perpetrator’s account was “suspended,” and that only happened after I repeatedly pushed for updates. The environment in this Gym is amazing. The staff provide great customer service. Staff member Lepara, very nice person and always has a positive attitude and never fails to greet you with open arms. Lepara ALWAYS answers your questions and concerns when needed and never fails to share that positive energy of hers, which definitely helps create a good environment and makes it a place where people look forward to coming to. 10/10 recommend this location if you’re looking for a friendly environment with amazing staff!
