Good gym to get a workout in and never been a bad experience since; Carlos is a good employee also, cordial with greeting and thanking patrons checking in on what workout will be completed and stays on top everything within the gym.

I bought two memberships and cancelled them the next month. They cancelled one and kept one. I specifically said close my accounts. They have charged my bank account for months, and I am still trying to get my money back. Worst Service Ever!
