I currently have the Will Power Membership, and one of the selling points to purchasing the Will Power plan was the free towel service, it was one of the perks that held my interest. I had access to free towel service from May 2025 to today. I understand that it may not be a big deal to many, however if the representatives use it as a selling point, it’s false advertising. Cancelling due to the gross nature in which this club attempts to recruit memberships. Cold calling and jumping straight to a sale with GUESTS that members bring. My boyfriend had been in once with me. They’ve probably called him 5 times in the last 3 weeks, never asking how his experience was or if there was anything that he would like improved or even what his fitness goals were ..
