Be very aware of what you are signing. I signed a personal training contract for $88 X 8 and was told I could easily cancel. I didn't do it in the 3 day window, so I was only able to downgrade it to half the amount at $43 X 8 which should have replaced the original contract. They charged me for both contracts simultaneously. I didn't dispute it because I kept being reassured the original amounts would be refunded and it was just a billing error.
