I had a terrible experience at this facility today. I came in intending to sign up for a membership since my wife already trains here. I didn't even ask for a guided tour, I simply asked to walk in for a minute and look at the facilities on my own before signing up, but I was completely refused entry. How does a gym expect people to buy a membership without even seeing the equipment or layout first? Like EOS because it’s easy people are nice, lots parking and machines can get in and out fast. Pool and hot tub a bonus

3 stars because staff at EOS is always kind and helpful. now, why did I need to get an NFC downloaded to my digital wallet when barcodes worked great for years. why did I need to get a new EOS app? why does the new EOS app have a dedicated NFC tab, but you still need to download it to your wallet? why did I come to this Camelback EOS and use my barcode to check in, then see that it's NFC to get in the recovery room? why doesn't the NFC work to get in the recovery room even though that's exactly what it says is required? why ... read more
