I recently visited the gym with the intention of signing up for their promotional fall membership offer of 11 cents down. They have great selection of equipment and amenities. I bought a 2 day pass however certain parts of the gym were off limits. Pretty sad if you asked me. Especially for those that are just visiting and will be in your gym less than 2 hours for the pass bought.

I had a very disappointing experience with Niah, a customer service representative at this office. I called with a simple question about the yearly fee and to express my concerns, but she was condescending, dismissive, and ultimately hung up on me during my first call. When I called back and asked for the corporate number, she told me she didn’t care and that I’d just have to keep holding.
