First of all I have to say everything at this gym is either broken or out of service the sana is always down for men and women staff has not a care in the world to make an effort to get this place to function correctly now I'm making the switch to another gym location because they can't seem to get it together here or be consistent with things getting fixed in working order just sad

I wish I could give them a zero rating. The worst experience ever. At this point, I don’t even want to go to a gym, especially this one. They are just after your money. I initially signed up because I used to come with my sister every day and thought I should have a membership since I’m a regular now. The member price is $9.99, but of course after signing up they kept charging me $13.27. When I asked why, they said it was because I don’t have my routing number on file. I’ve been a member since this gym started. I would give it a 3.5 stars. It’s become a comfort gym for my friends, relatives and me. To start, the workers have been 50/50, in and out throughout the years, but has improved since last year, at least for the late night workers always being welcoming, friendly and even organizing gym equipment. Also, the cleaning crew, they stay consistent in cleaning than the cleaners before them. It’s not completely thorough, but it is better.
