Good equipment and higher tier membership let's you get towels. It's always super super busy and I can't wait for springville location to open up

I went in for an introductory workout. I was not shown the gym, or shown how any of the equipment works. I was given a body scan and spent a half hour trying to be sold personal training packages. You are supposed to be able to cancel online. It does not work. Avoid this gym like the plague.

Extremely hard to cancel a membership, even when I was told it was cancelled I was still getting charged money

Eos has been really great! I don’t have very many complaints. Equipment is all new and subscriptions are priced fairly. It’s a great gym, the equipment is up to date, and staff is very responsive to needs (for example, putting in more bench press stations when lines for bench press were getting long). Note that unlike Vasa, Eos does not have a basketball court, so if you’re looking for a place to play basketball as well as work out, Eos does not have one.
