I cancelled, SAME-DAY, their personal training services. They then proceeded to charge me $152 FOUR TIMES for a service I cancelled and never used. Despite talking to the people at the gym, literally calling corporate Eos, and being told again and again that, “They would take care of it,” I never got refunded, my emails were ignored, and I still have not gotten my $600 refund they owe me for charging me for something I cancelled. I enjoy working out at this EOS at 59th and 101 HWY, and have been for 5 years. It is always clean. Ingrid (cleaning lady) does a good job! However, several months after mentioning it on this website the small locker have not been fixed. Two weeks ago, I mentioned the problem to the new Manager. He said he would look into fixing it, no progress, yet. It’s an eye sore as is. Enough!
