Disappointing experience with cancellation and In gym Support. I initially had a great experience with EOS Fitness, particularly with the personal training program. My trainer was amazing, professional, and genuinely helpful, and I have no complaints about the training itself. Unfortunately, my experience after ending the personal training program has been extremely frustrating. When I canceled, I was told that I would only be billed for the next 15-day period. Really good gym, signing up online was super easy!
Had a great experience at this gym! The staff is friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. I especially want to shout out Taliah and Marquis for providing great customer service and making sure everything was taken care of. They’re both awesome and definitely make the gym experience better. Highly recommend this place!
I keep coming back to this gym when I’m visiting from out of town because of the friendly staff and clean equipment. Taliah helped check me today and she was so helpful and made me feel welcome.
