Excellent gym with modern equipment and a clean, welcoming environment. The staff is friendly and supportive, and the trainers provide helpful guidance. It’s a motivating place for consistent workouts and achieving fitness goals. I’m very happy with the overall experience and highly recommend it.

Sauna is barely hotter than my car, first machine I got on was broken. Beyond that seemed clean and well staffed. I'm not getting a membership at a gym with a sauna that peaked at maybe 120. F
La peor decisión que pude tomar , me inscribí inicialmente opté por un entrenador personal y me dijeron que por un mes tendría 4 secciones por semana de media hora por las cuales pagaría 240 cada 15 días , y en menos de un mes me han descontado más de 800 dólares son unos ladrones , y voy a hacer el reclamo porque cromaron mi tarjeta y cada que quieren me hacen descuentos absurdos , y solo saben decirme si es un error y se va a solucionar y de nuevo otro descuento , realmente ya voy a quejarme con el defensor del consumidor ... read more
Affordable prices, Very friendly staff. Good equipment. Jason and Brayson are awesome. They are the reason the morning patrons keep coming back, even on snow days. Gabe does a great job running things.
