I've had great experience, for 6 years. And even referred a friend to this company. I am well pleased with Mr. Erwin.
We had Erwin Pool Care out on the Aug the 12th to help with a pool pump issue. Our regular pool guy was out on vacation and we needed help sooner than they would be back (probably would have had a green pool lol). We contacted a couple other company's without response and saw Erwin was still open. Scheduling was easy and he was able to come out fairly quickly, contacted Sat out on Mon. I highly recommend Erwin Pool Care. From the moment I contacted them I knew they were gonna be awesome. The level of communication from Darcy over the phone and the service from Chad were both amazing. I don't need weekly maintenance but will definitely use them for all repairs and major cleans.
I have nothing bad to say about the services I receive. Every week my pool is cleaned, it always looks great. Prices are great, everything is upfront and explained, there are no hidden cost or charges. Like I said no complaints.
