Wish I chose a different company. The owner is a pain to deal with. He won't answer his phone, or he'll text you that he'll call back but doesn't. Communication with your customer is a top priority in dealing with a insurance claim. Erwin Loss Recovery or Skybridge Public Adjusters get a 1 out of 10 rating from me. I'd look elsewhere.

This company is a scam. They're the type of company that gives public adjustor's a bad name. They sell you on the everything, then fail to meet with the insurance company to go over findings, the office doesn't answer the phone, the field rep only responds via texts and gives know updates to the process. "Yeah this damage justifies a new roof," then insurance says we'll replace six shingles. Then for 6 months all I get from these guys is "we're working on it with the insurance, country financial is difficult to deal with" th... read more

Tree fell on my house. They helped me when the insurance company only wanted to give 3K to fix my roof when it really needed 15K of work! They were able to resubmit everything and got me the full 15K. Glad I had them on my side to fight for me!
