I got a new patient appointment pretty fast, only a week wait. When I went in for my first visit, everyone was polite and kind to me. The Dr. I saw was nice, and listened to my concerns.
Dr. Szela delivered both of my children and I have been his patient for 10+ years. Between difficulty in carrying a child to term, to finally giving birth, to other gynocological problems, Dr. Szela has been caring, professional, and always takes time to fully explain everything. He is a wonderful doctor.
I would like for everyone to know that I go to the Buffalo Grove office; and I have had all great experiences. Dr. Eisenberg delivered my 9 year old son and had me laughing in the midst of the delivery. I love my doctor and recommend Dr. Eisenberg to everyone!!!
The office staff is very friendly & efficient once you arrive and in setting up an appointment. It is easy to get through on the phone lines also. Women's Health First is great!
Dr. Eisenburg provides professional and informative service to his patients. His friendly and courteous manner make me feel comfortable with my examination and allows me to ask questions.
Dr. La Cruz and Anita Iyer were really good. La Cruz delivered our baby and did a very good job with utmost care and diligence.
I was surprised to see some of the negative posts on Women's Health First. I have been a patient for over 15 years and experienced none of the complaints listed.
I come back to to Women's Health First when I moved back to the Chicago area because of Michael Eisenberg. He is a concerned, kind, and knowledgable physician who has grown into a wonderfully trusted ""friend"". Dr. Eisenberg was this way 31 years ago when I first came to the practice. Dr. Szela is probably the best doctor I have seen in my 40 years. He is so kind and polite. Fantastic bedside manner. I would travel 20 miles to other locations just to see him. Other Dr's in the practice are great too, but there is something special about Szela.
