Stay away from this company. They do not know what they are doing. After six years our handicap shower floor was leaking into our garage.They came out to look at it and told us it only had a one year warranty. They had the nerve to say that my special needs son was big and maybe that was why the floor was leaking. Had to spend a lot of money to hire a new contractor to fix it. The previous owners of our home used this company for renovations. I have tried calling many many times over the last 4 months (tried every single option on their voicemail), left several voicemail messages with no return calls, completed email/contact forms through their website without any return call or email. We were hoping to use the same company for work on our home, but regardless of the method of contact no one responds. Clearly we need to find someone who actually wants our business.
