Great friendly staff and optometrist, very helpful and reasonable options on frames.
Thanks to Dr Rabon and all the folks at Erwin I Care I now have a new pair of glasses that fit, and I can see a hair on a gnat's back at 100 paces. They also honored my VSP insurance so I didn't have to pay an arm&leg.
One of the best "medical" experiences I've had. The Doctor and his staff were all awesome. Very welcoming and receptive.
An absolute wonderful staff! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Just an all around good experience every time. Dr. Robon is really good about keeping a check on my eyes due to health issues and meds I take. I moved to Kingsport a few years ago and I will always come back to Erwin Eye Care wherever I go!
