When I say that Erwin Chrysler is great, I mean it! I have bought a lot of vehicles in my life, and this was hands down the best experience I have ever had. Very fair priced for repairs
left my jeep there to be looked at because it would not start after changing batteries. the next day joey called and said the starter was bad and needed to be replaced. he had a total for me all ready to go so i knew how much it would be. on the day i called to see if it was ready to go , i was told they found another issue with the powertrain and because it was under warranty they went ahead and fixed it so i would not have issues in the future. i love it when people are proactive and look out for their customers and thats ... read more
I want to leave this review for people who hate car salesman. I sold cars for a few years and can tell you first hand most of them are among the worst people I have ever met. Dave at Erwin’s being that exception. He is kind , patient and not the guy to run back and forth to his manager multiple times only to bring you a deal full of extra BS and runaround. I would send my grandma to this man. Awesome delivery and follow up !
