Wondering if there is anything that can be done to maintain the pre-cut trees between the time they are cut and they time they are purchased? Just something to preserve them better so they don’t die as quickly. I've heard great things from people who cut down their own but was disappointed with my own pre-cut one. Even though we took it home and put it on water almost immediately and watered it regularly it lost A LOT of needles. This was our first trip to the farm. We were basically the only ones there since it was during the week, which was nice. Getting to see the animals was an nice extra touch to visit. The young men working were very friendly and helpful. We will be sure to go back next year!

This was our second year,our first we did get to cut our tree and it was GREAT. But this year when we got there they told us we couldn't cut ours down, as it was too muddy. They told us the tree's hanging were just recently cut, after paying $72.00 for not a very big tree, the needles are falling OFF, and it's only been in my house a week. I called to explain my situation and I was told the owner would call me. Well after not getting a call back, I felt OK I may have gotten burned, but it was a learning experience.
