Had a new HVAC system installed at our house. They were very clean and professional. Did a great job!!’ They don’t overcharge like some of the other companies do. Would highly recommend!!
Never, EVER again. Call or text, no one gets back to you. I've had enough problems with a new install that was over $10K and getting ANYONE to call me or text me back isn't happening. I have never seen so many mistakes on what I was told was an easy install. Now I know why the price was reasonable. Got that one wrong guys.
This company is in a state of disarray. Tried to contact the company multiple times. Multiple voice mails, e mails and "contact us" forms. No response. I am replacing my current HVAC system. New furnace and A/C. As a courtesy I contacted Erv Smith first to provide a new system. HELLO! I've got all this cash on hand to spend with you! I want to share my personal customer service story of Erv Smith Country Home, Inc Heating & Air Conditioning. This Company will have your back. By far this company is number ONE in customer service in the Chippewa Valley area and possibly in the State of Wisconsin!! They ROCK! Had several times where water was leaking onto floor in basement from humidifier on furnace. Company kept insisting it was the filter and it needed to be changed more often. After two service calls, again water all over basement floor.,, a month after the filter had been changed. They discovered the water lines were clogged up with slime. I hired anothe company who stated it was nothing short of negligence that Erv Smith didnt check the lines at yearly maintanence appointments.
