Had several times where water was leaking onto floor in basement from humidifier on furnace. Company kept insisting it was the filter and it needed to be changed more often. After two service calls, again water all over basement floor.,, a month after the filter had been changed. They discovered the water lines were clogged up with slime. I hired anothe company who stated it was nothing short of negligence that Erv Smith didnt check the lines at yearly maintanence appointments. We are new to the area and needed to have our fireplaces, furnace and AC serviced. Wow, are we glad we called Erv Smith Country Home Inc., who was recommended to us for our needs. Everyone we have dealt with, from Lisa and Theresa, in the administrative end, to our service technician, Matt has been exceptionally customer service oriented. All are organized and efficient. My furnace went out, it's the middle of January, it's COLD outside!!! I called to see if someone could come take a look at. They tell they aren't taking on new customers and don't know where to direct me to someone who can help me!!! The only reason I selected this company is because I heard nothing but good things about them.......yet, my first experience them, is a heating emergency, and they tell me they can't help me.....whatever happened to helping your community.......Do better ERV SMITH!!!!
