Excellent customer service. They were prompt in assisting us during one of the coldest days of the winter. Highly recommend.
My furnace went out, it's the middle of January, it's COLD outside!!! I called to see if someone could come take a look at. They tell they aren't taking on new customers and don't know where to direct me to someone who can help me!!! The only reason I selected this company is because I heard nothing but good things about them.......yet, my first experience them, is a heating emergency, and they tell me they can't help me.....whatever happened to helping your community.......Do better ERV SMITH!!!!

Great yearly service checkups
This company are scammers. They run a cleaning special for $169 which is very reasonable however they are not coming to clean they are coming to sell you a new unit and will tell you yours is shot and you got a cracked heater core and could be getting carbon monoxide in your house. I got another company over right after and found there is nothing wrong with my heater and I had been scammed.
