This company are scammers. They run a cleaning special for $169 which is very reasonable however they are not coming to clean they are coming to sell you a new unit and will tell you yours is shot and you got a cracked heater core and could be getting carbon monoxide in your house. I got another company over right after and found there is nothing wrong with my heater and I had been scammed.
The level of customer service exceeded my expectations. And my new furnace is working great.
We have the annual service agreement with Erv Smith and just had annual maintenance performed on our furnace. Angel was thorough and knowledgeable.
