I have had the team come out for three different issues over the last two years and each time it has been awesome. This is a generational business for our family. My Mom used them, I use them and my daughter uses them. This is because they are reliable, prompt, reasonable and professional.
This company was recommended to me by a friend and they were absolutely correct. Matt was my tech and he was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They completed a tune up- cleaned everything up, completed pressure testing and made sure everything was in good shape. I will definitely be using them for any future hvac needs.
Bill and Jeff installed my Furnace and Air Conditioner. They were very Professional and Knowledgeable. They cleaned up very well. Jake Design Consultant was very knowledgeable about the products.
I have used Erv Smith for multiple things is the last 4 years. They put in our central air(gave a free quote and was the most affordable in the area) replaced the ignitor on our furnace when it was -30 out and helped unclog a drain pan/pipe. Love the guys that come out, always kind, helpful and give you all the information you need to help prevent issues. Highly recommend them!
