We had a very good experience buying our "new to us" subaru forester. Kayla was very helpful and went out of her way to make the process easy and helped us to get things to be comfortable for us, from pricing to getting the car set up for us. We would do business here again. Especially with Kayla and Steve in financing also. Our prior purchase at another dealer was horrible, and this was a much better experience.

We drove with friends from Virginia to Pennsylvania to visit Ertle Auto Center, and it was absolutely worth the trip! They sold me a great Subaru, and the salesman, David, was amazing—friendly from start to finish and very helpful throughout the process. The entire staff was also wonderful. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to buy their dream car!
David Castillo was true to his word and in this day and age most people are not like that.
