My A/C broke on a very hot weekend. It's difficult to get tradespeople to take on small residential projects in this area, but when I called Erthum's on Monday morning, he told me he could be out at my place by late afternoon, and sure enough he showed up around 4 p.m., as promised, and was able to fix my central air system on the spot for a relatively inexpensive cost. Phone just keeps ringing, no answering machine or way to leave a message, no e-mail listed or website for more contact info. Maybe if I send a message by Pony Express, is it still the Wild West out here?
Knows what he’s doing if you can get him to show up. He came out in July, said he needed to order a part. Never heard from him again. Called late mid September left a message, no return call. Called him a week later and he said part would be here in about a week, 2 weeks later still nothing not even a call. Called him again and now he says he can’t get the part but he can fix it another way, he’ll be out on Monday/Tuesday.
