I cannot recommend erstwhile enough. I had been following them on instagram for a while before I got engaged and knew I wanted my ring from there since they source such beautiful and unique engagement rings. When they posted one I immediately booked an appointment and went in for a private consult where we tried on the ring I originally saw, along with others to fully solidify my choice. They made the entire process so seamless with resizing and purchase. I’m so happy I was able to get a unique, antique engagement ring!
We have had two great experiences with Erstwhile Jewelers. Both were fantastic rings and excellent customer service with great communication and prompt delivery.
Beautiful things, but after we went to their showroom, they continually did not respond to our emails about designing a ring. I went through two people, including Kat and Finessa so I would suggest going somewhere else.
I got my engagement ring from Erstwhile and had many bumps in the road during my experience. I was first quoted one price during my visit by Kat, and then via email the quote from Finessa was almost double. Once that was worked out we proceeded with the ring. I had to follow up multiple times for weeks to get updates. I was modifying one of the Erstwhile designs to fit my family diamond. The design included a rhodium plated finish on it. I recently received my wedding band from Erstwhile and cannot say enough good things about the experience. Kat was incredibly helpful in helping me make a decision when I'd narrowed it down two bands, ensuring that the band I went with would pair well with my engagement ring. The online ordering process was very smooth and I absolutely fell in love with the Prism Shifter band Maria crafted when it arrived. Working with Kat and Maria was amazing and I can't wait to order a next piece from them!
