My 17 y/o son picked up his very first fancy arrangement of flowers for his first serious girlfriend, complete with a heart glass vase and a heart balloon. And while the balloon was cute and the floral bouquet and arrangement was colorful and just gorgeous and exactly what my son wanted and hoped for his first big romantic endeavor...my HUGE complaint has to do with the end result customer service he received when he actually picked up his order.
