We’ve now worked with Erschen’s Florist twice in Dickeyville, as well as at their Platteville location, and every experience has been outstanding. We’ve stopped in for fresh flowers for table arrangements, purchased a beautiful and unique memorial bench, and most recently had them create a memorial fresh floral wreath. My 17 y/o son picked up his very first fancy arrangement of flowers for his first serious girlfriend, complete with a heart glass vase and a heart balloon. And while the balloon was cute and the floral bouquet and arrangement was colorful and just gorgeous and exactly what my son wanted and hoped for his first big romantic endeavor...my HUGE complaint has to do with the end result customer service he received when he actually picked up his order.
