We arrived at 9:30 PM on 7/9/2016 and did not have to wait. The place was great with excellent staff and the doctor treated our son with the best care making him feel comfortable. He left with a smile and we were all very pleased.
Oh may god..what a nice place. We were unable to get in at another Urgent Care so I called ERS and they took my son right away. The nurse was very friendly and helpful and Dr. Robertson was very pleasent, he talked with us like we were patients of his for years, very down to earth, not like other urgent care places that do not care about you. If we could we would love to have him as our regular doctoor. We will definitly use ERS Care On -Demand instead of any other urgent care!!!!!!!!
