Mary Lou Bell is not an agent to work with. Steer clear, you will be happy you did. Once a contract is signed, a house is supposed to be placed as “contingent” within 24 hrs. Mary Lou failed to do so. 48 hrs after contract is signed and multiple failed attempts by our realtor to reach Mary Lou, she let our realtor know that the seller had another offer that they couldn’t pass on due to ours having an escape clause. Beth Hoffman-Worst experience dealing with a realtor, ever! Rude, pushy, bossy, and overall made the selling process much more difficult than it needed to be. Messed up our listing in many different ways, from listing price to which pictures we wanted even tho we went through all of the details before the property went live. I truly wish I would have gone with another reality company. Maybe marvich realty or even Marti Hamilton. This whole experience was a nightmare.
