I have worked with Nik on two different cases so far and I have nothing but super positive experience interacting with him and his law firm. It is hard to find an attorney who is so transparent in his charges. In both cases, he advocated for me like he was advocating his own family member. Nik Erramilli is a dedicated, skilled attorney and also a great guy. I have referred some of my professional contacts to him for business matters and they've been extremely happy with his service and results. He's the first person I call when my own business needs legal assistance.
Overall, I was not very satisfied with the representation. I felt that he could have advocated more strongly on my behalf and been more assertive when responding to opposing counsel. There were several moments when it appeared that he was more aligned with the opposing side, which left me feeling unheard, unsupported, and ultimately helpless.
