Awful customer service. Rude, unwelcoming and bizarre behavior for any establisment to have. No wonder it was empty on a busy Saturday afternoon. Buying jewelry should be a charming experience not a unpleasant one. Also the pieces were gaudy and tasteless.
Paul and Karol are exceptional in both customer service and artisan skills. I was looking for something different and personal. Luckily I clicked on the Erotic Jewellery Company website and was pleasantly impressed with the design, quality and range of exceptional products.
