I was never treated waiting in one room for more then 30 mins to then be moved to another room then for not being seen very upsetting these doctors don't care. I hope my insurance doesn't get charged for a urine test. Made this appt over a month ago to get this class of treatment.
Good luck with this office and getting seen on time. I showed up for my appointment 45 minutes before scheduled and I'm still waiting. I asked the nurse if dr Ulker was in yet and yes he was. So it doesn't pay to arrive early in this office so you can be seen on time since they took the person who came later before me. Aaaargh no wonder your blood pressure is elevated. $40 and an hour and a half later to be seen 1 minute come on. Eventually I asked for my deductible back and they obliged. My mother had a stent change and has been experiencing a ton of pain including joint pains and kidney pain and his first question to my mother was why didn’t she call an hour ago when the office was open. Terrible that he made my mother cry and feel like she can’t reach out when she needs it most- Made her feel like she should know what’s wrong but that is why we called him. He is the doctor and should never berate a patient - if he doesn’t like patient care why bother .. I hope others have a better experience than this caus... read more
