We had a recall with my 2017 Buick Enclave. We dropped our Buick & keys off over the weekend so they could work on it Monday since they could not do a courtesy pick up/return of my suv at my work place. Wouldn't recommend buying a used vehicle here, even with the expensive warranty option. Bought a newer but used vehicle that I was very excited to get, did the warranty that they pushed, but now I'm left without a truck because it completely broke down. Then when I call to discuss how to get a loaner or rental vehicle, I just get told we don't have those or forwarded to different departments that just go to a voicemail that won't return a call.
