My husband and I had a really great and easy going experience at Gregg Young Toyota with sales rep Blanca ! She was so helpful from the start ! She knew exactly what we wanted and even sent me personalized videos of our van we purchased before we saw it in person and I love that ! The whole team was so helpful and very informative and the process was quick ! Especially buying a vehicle day of our baby shower 🤣
Greedy and disingenuous. Charging a 3% credit card fee on services is unreasonable. I’m happy to pay fees like that at true local businesses, this isn’t one of them.
We liked our salesman Kevin Wagner but the business guy we had and the business office need work. We paid cash for a 2020 Sienna, putting $500 down. The deposit was not applied to the purchase price, really?? When my wife picked up the van the next day, they had her write a check for the full amount. The only reason we got the $500 back is because i asked. Where does that money go if no costumer inquiry... good question.
