I had a wonderful experience at Gregg Young in Columbus this fall! Reymond P. was my salesman and he was very professional, conversational, and answered all of our questions about the vehicle and financing. Ray was absolutely wonderful. He did a wonderful job and went as far as allowing my 5-year-old to hijack his phone to watch music videos on YouTube while we were waiting to sign papers. Everything he did is greatly appreciated. He went above and beyond
Rey, I asked Rey if had any rav-4 cars in. At the time, they only had one. I did not care for that one . He was very helpful in finding the right car for me.He got one for me, the right price and for a trade in.

We had a recall with my 2017 Buick Enclave. We dropped our Buick & keys off over the weekend so they could work on it Monday since they could not do a courtesy pick up/return of my suv at my work place. My husband goes to pick up the keys so we can pick up the vehicle after hours and is given a bill. He asked what the bill was for and was told they did an oil change and tire rotation.
