Never been a customer, but I have had the pleasure of waking up/my kids waking up right around 4 or 5 in the morning to what sounds like someone is dropping a 2/3/4 ton slab of concrete onto a metal cage/whatever it is they do. It's a real joyous way to start the day, especially if it just happens to be the ONLY day you have off of work 🙃
Mike Ogden was the driver and he was exceptional. Very courteous and helpful. He is an example to be followed by all.
To anyone shopping for a concrete supplier, I recommend Ernst without reservation. Their service from the first phone call to the end of the project was first-rate.
