Kevin was fantastic, super nice guy. Everyone was friendly. We drove 2 hours for the car and it was raining by the time we arrived, so they pulled the car into the service bay so we could look at it out of the rain.
I took my 2016 Chevy Silverado there for radio issue and I’ll give them one star just for being able to get me in promptly. I was set for a 1030 appointment arrived at 10:15 and had my vehicle checked in. I was advised it could take hours to diagnose and radio issue with the touchscreen. After multiple hours of waiting on any word, my service advisor finally came and told me that they could not duplicate the issue and they heard about the problem before and recommended changing out the whole radio system for over $1300.
