I took my 2016 Chevy Silverado there for radio issue and I’ll give them one star just for being able to get me in promptly. I was set for a 1030 appointment arrived at 10:15 and had my vehicle checked in. I was advised it could take hours to diagnose and radio issue with the touchscreen. After multiple hours of waiting on any word, my service advisor finally came and told me that they could not duplicate the issue and they heard about the problem before and recommended changing out the whole radio system for over $1300. My partner was looking for a truck and Tyler Enger went above and beyond to get it for them. The truck was as is truck but a total beauty! Very well taken care of. IT broke down (not anyone's fult). Tyler on his day off drove with his family to where the truck was located to look at it. By the end of that same day the truck was getting towed back to town.
