My experience with Ernst Body Corporate GC has been extremely disappointing. Despite proactively applying for a fee waiver due to change in personal circumstances, I received no response for over three months, allowing fees to balloon. Their communication is poor, citing emails I never received with no proof of email provided (concerning record keeping).
