Stratamax is pretty awful to get into as a user, but Natalie Gibson at Stratamax persevered and today it all worked. She has a lovely communication manner and is patient with the elderly. I did only give 4 stars for the whole experience (nearly two months to get my logon to Stratamax which is a very clunky and old system, not at all user friendly) but I would give Natalie 5 stars if I could.

I received wonderful support and service from Bianca Perez regarding my request to my body corporate committee.
We've been using Ernst as our body corp management company for a couple years now, and they've been a breath of fresh air. Lisa Dai was our go-to for a while (and I'll always sing her praises) and now Bianca Perez has recently been managing our account and has been wonderful to deal with; she's quick to reply, responds with friendliness and patience, and is always happy to answer questions. Our overall experience has been nothing but positive!
