False info on secondhand car that I bought. Tires were separating inside after many flats. Hi beams are not working. Haven’t been serviced before selling it. Damage on the front bottem bumper. Rust on bottom body work. After I asked if there is any rust issues before driving 550mi to get the car. Inspection list from work shop was left in glove box and all the boxes were ticked that the vehicle is safe and serviced.
The salespeople at Ernst Automotive are Professional and truly care about their customers. The Finance Department works very hard to get you the Best Programs available.

I couldn’t have asked for a better sales associate and loan officer.... this was the easiest experience I have ever had buying a car.. Ricardo drove two hours to deliver it.... I had a price range and they worked with me to accomplish my needs!!! My only regret was not driving to Columbus myself to meet the whole team..... great job Ernst auto group......
This was the most painless car buying experience we have ever had! Not only did Kevin drive an hour and a half to our home so we could test drive the vehicle (COVID19), but there were no surprise fees or charges when it came to finalizing the sale.
