Bad customer service and they LIE to you!!! Came on the 16th to do the appraisal and emailed me that they where submitting to my finance company on the 27th of July. We have missed the closing for July and its the 30th now and they still have not turned in the appraisal!! Don't use them they are not to be trusted!!! BAD customer service!!!!!
