My rental car had mechanical issues in the middle of nowhere on I5. Roadside contacted Ernie’s. Ernie dispatched a flatbed which wasn’t able to make it in a reasonable due to the fires. Ernie stepped up to the plate and brought his truck out to me. He hooked it up and towed me to Sacramento airport. Some 90 miles or so away. Ernie is a professional and very easy to deal with. I had my Subaru smogged and had an oil change here, and they were SO great! Definitely some of the nicest people in Chico! Also locked my keys in my car and they came right out and helped me out with it. I’ll be taking all of my business to them from here forward!

Ernie is one of the most charismatic, knowledgeable, and trusted tower I know! He really helped me out today! As a motorcycle rider, he treated my Yamaha bike with ease as it hung it on the back of the tow truck. He knew right where to put the tie downs to not bend anything off the fairing or the fender! He even did it with the front wheel lock! I was impressed.
