Stopped in for a walk-in oil change and was given prompt, friendly, efficient, top-knotch service. Mike took my initial request and Jason worked on my vehicle. He was very kind and answered my questions, even ones that are relevant to a different repair needing done in the future. Prices were absolutely fair, and I witnessed the mechanics take care while working with urgency. Being new to the area, i feel fortunate to have found a great shop local to valpo!
They fixed a tire on my daughters mini van. No one else had touched the tire since. That same tire came loose and broke all wheel studs leaving her stranded in the rain on the side of highway 49 hust before dark with her toddler in the car. Called and left messages to release my vehicle to insurance that was towed to this location after an accident. Car is not drivable and Valparaiso police had vehicle towed there. Insurance could not get in contact. After several days someone answered, asked what vehicle, took no information except that it would be released to insurance.
