Hired ernie s to repair roof leak. He looked at our roof, Gave us a price and guaranteed that they would fix it. They finished job, we paid them 850$ the next rain the leak was still there. Called ernie and told him. They came again and claimed they fixed it. rained again, still leaking. Last time we talked to him he said they would be over. Never showed up. Worst decision you could make is to hire Ernie. I will add more when there is time, but 9 months later, my siding is still warped and messed up and Ernie can't seem to answer a call. When he does answer, he promises he will come out and fix the problem but never shows up. I'll upload pictures and more details soon, but DO NOT USE ERNIE'S COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE TIME, MONEY, AND YOUR SANITY! BBB complaint has been sent and is in process.
