We had a very bad experience with this plumbing service. The only thing good I can say is that the technician they sent out, Edel, was very nice and polite. They advertise a 'free estimate" and then charge $150 for the first hour and $125 for every hour thereafter of work. We have a tankless water heater, and after the technician looked at it for 2 hours, we were told that the circuit board was bad and that we owed $250. That was before any work was done to fix it.
