Purchased a couch and was told it was the highest quality. Still paying it off and it squeaks when I sit on the chaise. Called Ernies for warranty repair and was told I had to pay for sending it back for repair. Told them I didn't want to pay for a repair for a 'high quality' couch that I'm still paying off and be without a couch for a few months as an added 'bonus'. Left a message for the owner to give them a chance to make it right but never heard back.

We ordered a bedroom set on February 19th and were told receipt could take up to eight weeks. The bed, dresser, and mattress were delivered on May 2nd only after multiple calls by us. two night stands still have not been delivered as of this date, June 17th. Worst customer service experience I have had. They have never called us with any updates. We have had to call them and they never have any idea what the status of the order is and seem completely indifferent to finding out. Suggest you take your business elsewhere or onl... read more

Well whatever you do here, do NOT do business with the manager Lee! What an arrogant p r I c k! Called them for the first time to do business and Lee took no longer than two minutes in irritating me to the point I wouldn't do business with this store if it was free! I called the Ceresco store and found the people to be extremely friendly and professional. I should have called the Ceresco store to begin with.
