Great experience with Ernie's Locksmith. I contacted them on Sunday Afternoon through their website, expecting to hear from them on Monday. But they/Eric got back to me on Sunday. He answered a few questions and we set up an appointment for Thursday to change out my front door lock. Eric was on time and sent a text giving me a 15 minute warning (which was appreciated so I had time to get pets secured). Permanently closed.
I need a small Sentry fire safe opened - lost combo- so I called Ernie’s and left a message. Someone called me a couple of hours later. He suggested I call Sentry w the model and serial numbers to get the combo. I did that but I still cannot open the safe. Tried lube, lightly hitting the lock and handle w a rubber mallet, but it won’t open. So I called and texted Ernie’s again. Crickets. That’s no way to do business. I am afraid I cannot recommend this business. I don’t like to be ignored.
