Talk about a very friendly and helpful staff! Top notch customer service! And the prices on new and used bikes were much lower than most dealers I visited this past year... I'll be back when I'm in the market for my next bike!
I well never do any business with this dealer ship again very poor customer relations. If anyone has every done a complete overhaul on any kind of motor wouldn't you think that you would at least install a new oil filter and fresh oil in the motor before starting instead of worrying about who's going to pay for it I could go on about this but if anyone wants to know more talk to me I'll tell you the whole story
The staff here are awesome! Very good people and super helpful above and beyond! Customer service is everything to us and they've got down pat! Lee is amazing with the clothing and accessories department. We are doing a man cave and she's been a ton of help! Bought 2 bikes from them and had excellent service there too! Always enjoy our trips there:)))
Just bought a 2nd motorcycle from Okoboji Harley Davidson. Everyone from the salesman and GM who tracked down the CVO we wanted, to the shop, parts department, and clothing gals have always been great to deal with. Super experience and many thanks!
Upgraded from 2012 Street Glide to 2017 Street Glide CVO. Great experience, Rod had to track down correct color, "THANK YOU", Isaac explained all the NEW features, Lee helped wife pick out clothing, & Service got accessories installed as requested. Thanks to All!
Went for Thunder Roads of Iowas Tall Corn Run grand prize drawing! Didn't win the bike but won the man! ( Joe Chance ) He said, "YES!"
We just bought our 4th motorcycle from Okoboji Harley Davidson and would be hard pressed to find better staff to deal with from all areas of the store! Been doing business there since 2008 and will never go anywhere else.
