Honestly so disappointed, horribly rude customer service. Was asking across the store if we needed help, when we did KEVIN didn't come over and actually help HE just stood at the til with our iteams when I went up to ask a question because I'm inexperienced and was looking for a wrap for my hand when lifting weights and wouldn't help us was short and rude about that it just wasn't for what I was asking didn't offer any help to what I needed. Very helpful service, lots of stock and good prices on bike accessories.
Did a great job fixing our bikes! great quality and knowledgeable staff. We will continue to use their bike repair service. They’re pretty busy, so if you rely on your bike- it’ll be about a week before you see it again! Edit: Bike shop is AMAZING! Thank you for your transparency. Upped the stars to 5!
