Unless You've Got Money To Lose, Avoid! – I had some truck problems when I was driving through town on the way to Chicago. I found these guys on Google, and because they worked on trucks, I figured I'd give them a shot. Bad idea. These guys were obviously "lying in wait", basically the worst kind of mechanic you can find. Real vultures, they quoted me $2500 on a job that I eventually got done for less than $500 at another garage. HAVE TRUSTED THEM FOR YEARS!! – I live on the North-side but office is my vehicle. I cover Central Indiana with my job so I have used all of the locations of PFM over the years. I have found them to make honest recommendations when I need service work and most importantly no recommendations when I have not needed anything. Prices are fair and they stand behind their work. Used them since 2001 for my 2 cars and 3 SUVs.

Undepenable – I just went to Ray's for my 10:00 AM appt. I had scheduled yesterday with them. I normally have my cars worked on there and I'm familar with their routine - schedule an appt., wait for an estimate, decide whether or not to have the work done. Upon arriving today at Ray's I was asked if I was at the right place since they didn't have me on the schedule. I said I had spoke to them yesterday and was given a 10:00 am appt. The Experts – I had an flawless experience at Tire One, the service was prompt and the work was perfect the first time. I've had the tires on my corvette changed about three different times, this one stood out. They used a machine that didn't touch the wheel so they didn't scratch it when they changed the tires. And when I pulled out of the shop and got up to speed, there were no fine vibrations. They answered all my questions and did everything reasonably.
