GOOD PEOPLE - AWESOME SERVICE, I have used their company for years. They are good about explaining what I need and options that I have to make repairs. The even email me my estimates. I use their shuttle service to save me from having to get some to help drop off. With their late hours i can get my car back quickly.

Go Elsewhere – The waiting room was exceedingly dirty, (even for a tire store). I had a spare on the car when I came in, and they just threw it in the trunk, rather than re-seating it where it was supposed to go, so I had to wonder what the noise in the trunk was after a couple of blocks, and stop to see it was just loose in there. It seems like a five star place would have put it back down into position for me, since I bought a whole set of new tires. GREAT AUTO SERVICE – I recently visited the new Carmel location, using pfm services for the first time. I just got a routine oil change. I found the staff to be very welcoming as well as willing to go out of their to help. The manager, the individual who was processing the payment information, even went out to get my car off the lift and drove it around front for me himself!!!!! Great Service...Great Follow Up...Get Right – Have been Using PFM for around 3 years. Have always been happy. Love that they email estimates so that I have no surprises. They are open early and late. Started using them because the company I work for use them and recommended them. I am glad to recommend them as a car replace that you can trust.
Great reliable mechanic – I have be using Ernie's Automotive for several years for several of my vehicles. They are honest and reliable and deliver when promised.
Crooks. Absolute Crooks. – I'm actually surprised these guys can stay open with their blatantly criminal-style operation. And I don't use that kind of language a lot. Here's my story: I call them while I'm on the way to Indianapolis. They say they can replace my exhaust manifold (my first key issue) easily. Except, when I get there, I break down. 1970 Dodge RV acquired for free?had sat for a long time...We disassembled the RV and gave him a comprehensive estimate of needed repairs. The statements about the part pricing and markups are simply wrong!! ...He stated that if we made him pay his bill he would trash us on the internet (he is making good with posted "reviews")... We take customer care seriously and always make every effort to make our customer's experiences positive ones! I regret that we could not satisfy this customer.
